There are a number of ways we can help you achieve you goals. This ranges from a set plan to a fully supported individual plan specifically for you no matter what your level or experience is. .  

Bronze

This is my basic service. I will design a plan that will be suited to you and sent to you for you to follow. This will be specific to you and your event and the time you have to train. We will work together to design the plan.

Silver

This is a where the plan is reviewed monthly and you will have contact with your coach twice a month. The plan will adapt and evolve with you and ensure your needs are met. Your session will be delivered to your electronic device daily and uploaded to your Garmin if you have one (although this is not an essential piece of equipment). You will be able to contact coach in-between the set contact times these issues will be dealt with within 48hrs. 

Gold

This you will have weekly contact with your coach and the ability to have contact daily if issues arise. Your plan will adapt weekly with you and your goals and will ensure that you are led to your goals. Any issues you arise will be dealt within 24 hrs. This will give you the best chance of achieving your goal. Your sessions will be delivered to you electronic device daily and on to a Garmin if you have one.
