It doesn't matter if your training for a triathlon, your first sportive or longer there is always a training plan that can be made to help you achieve the goals you want. To compete in triathlon you don't need the newest fast bike (although they are nice) you can turn up on any road legal bike and take part.

About me

As an independent triathlon coach, I bring a wealth of experience and qualifications to help you achieve your goals. I hold a Level 2 Diploma from British Triathlon and a Level 1 Training Peaks certification, but my expertise goes beyond the certificates. With a background in sports science and years of coaching experience, I understand the science behind training and performance.

I am currently the head coach at St Helen’s Triathlon Club, where I’ve had the privilege of coaching a wide range of athletes—from beginners to competitive age groupers. My journey into triathlon began after a long stint as a basketball coach, which gives me a unique perspective on building well-rounded athletes. It was my passion for open water swimming and endurance sports that led me into the world of triathlon, and now I dedicate myself to helping others excel in this challenging and rewarding sport.
